CARD VALUES

A = 1
2 - 9 = face value
10 / J / Q / K = 0
Total is the ones digit (e.g. 7+8=15 -> 5)

DRAWING RULES

Each side is dealt 2 cards.

Natural 8 or 9 stops both sides immediately
Player draws 3rd on 0-5, stands on 6-7
Banker follows the standard Tableau based on Player's 3rd
